The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy

One of my clients just gave me this gem as a thank you gift for working with her amazing son. It is such a beautiful, gentle book. It reminds me a bit of The Wind in the Willows with Piglet, Moley , Toad and Ratty, but it is so relevant to today. In the midst of a pandemic, I hope that others arrive at the same place that I’ve always been in which is that SUCCESS IS HAPPINESS , PEACE and LOVE. Charlie Mackesy is a visual artist from Northumberland, living in London. He’s clearly a humanitarian and does a lot of wonderful work.

In his book , the three animals and the little boy have conversations about fear, worry, and life. It’s reassuring and necessary.  I read alot- this is just half of my reads from April and May from book boxes. If you are looking for a gift, give this philosophical gem.
